Barrier Technologies was founded in 2008 to address the growing need for a comprehensive building enclosure and building containment scope for the commercial construction industry. Compliance, enforcement, the increasing technical needs and all of the risks and liabilities that come with doing this scope have driven the need for a specialty contractor to comprehensively focus on this area. We have invested to become a nationwide contractor who is best in class in these areas. We strive for long term relationships through building incredible value at a reasonable cost. We do this through building a "get it done" culture with our employees.
Meet The Owners
Jaye Sieland
Jaye has spent his career in large scale construction with extensive experience in commercial, industrial and healthcare segments. Jaye is a graduate of Eastern Michigan with a construction management degree. Previous to Barrier Technologies, Jaye was a project manager for both a regional and national general contractor.
Kirk Kaiser
Kirk has an extensive track record of performance at high growth companies. His experiences have spanned across manufacturing, distribution and construction. Kirk is a graduate of the University of Missouri with undergraduate marketing and MBA degress.
Mike Haverty
Mike brings extensive business development background to the ownership team having most recently been Senior Vice President with a large national general contractor prior to becoming an owner of Barrier Technologies. Mike is also a business graduate of the Univerity of Missouri as well as receiving his MBA from Texas A&M University.
